It really depends on your unemployability evidence. If you had been declared infeasible for Voc. Rehab that would have been a plus. There are Veterans in Voc. Rehab, that have IU. Good luck.

Henfuzzy here. One of the main points,that the BVA,used as justifing giving me IU,was the fact that i could't function on a job,because of panic attacks. In my opinion PTSD carries more weight with VA...
